Garlic Parmesan Noodles Recipe | Easy Pasta Dish

There is only one constant in life, and that is buttered noodles. Buttered noodles will NEVER let you down. These Garlic Parmesan Noodles are so easy to make and contain all the ingredients you want in basic noodles.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Fettuccine, Linguine, or Spaghetti
  • 1/2 C butter
  • 1 1/2 T garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 T dried parsley
  • 1/2 C grated Parmesan
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and dried parsley and whisk to combine. Turn off heat. 
  3. Add pasta to skillet and toss to coat.
  4. Add Parmesan, add more to your liking, and toss to coat. 

Notes

This recipe originally called for 1 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese. I have reduced these amounts thanks to valuable feedback from my readers. You can always add more, but you can't take away, so start with lower amounts and add from there to your liking!
